The Izumo Kokuzo Clan (出雲国造) is a Japanese clan recorded in the classical genealogical sources of Japan. In the Shinsen Shōjiroku (815 CE) and related lineage chronicles, the clan is classified as divine-descent (Shinbetsu). The lineage is traditionally associated with Izumo (modern eastern Shimane Prefecture). Lineage records appear in classical chronicles, shrine genealogies, and provincial gazetteers.
